Leadership Team
Chelmsford Community Church is a leader-led but a team based church, with Peter & Linda Balls serving as the Senior Pastors, and Steve and Kathe Hook serving as Pastors for Overseas Mission. There are many other Key People who are there to support and manage the activities we are engaged in.

Senior Pastors: Peter and Linda
Peter and Linda have been leading the church since 1999. In this time, the church has evolved to become much more purpose focused. We are building a strong family of believers, but we all realise that it is not about us, it is all about Jesus. We believe that we are in a season of seeing more power of God. He is releasing more power to save and heal. |

Pastors for Overseas Development: Steve and Kathe
Steve and Kathe joined CCC when they moved to Chelmsford in 1991. They have two grown children,Bronwen and David, of whom they are inordinately proud. Steve also has an odd affinity for Hull City Football Club and pigs!
As Pastors for Overseas Mission they seek to build on our existing links with a church in the Ukraine and seek to develop links elsewhere. They have visited both India and Africa.
They strongly believe in the importance of exposure to the Body of Christ in other countries and cultures. They also believe that for any expression of God's kingdom to be valid, it has to reach out to all parts of society, especially those in greatest need.
At home in the church they are both involved in the preaching team and have a special responsibility for developing the small groups ministry.
